A close-up of the blackout cloth. The cloth is laid out on my dining room table with the incandescent lights on. The camera flash was on. The white side is what I used for the projection surface and it has some texture. The yellow side has a rubbery quality to it.

A perspective view of the finished screen. This photo was taken with ambient lighting from the kitchen and spot lights in the theater area. The camera flash was on. You can see that unfortunately some of the staples have loosened and there are some wrinkles in the fabric. These wrinkles are not noticeable when watching.

A side view of how the screen is braced at the bottom. The wooden rod keeps the frame exactly 13" away from the wall. Pressure is applied to keep the frame still and pushed against the wall by the screen weight. The small black box on top of this weight is a Xantech IR receiver.
